There is not a lot that I can say about this boreing, pointless, waste of money AND space on the shelves! What fun can you see about racing the same people over and over again just to buy a new car? At least Gran Turismo is good! Shall we start then? You start of with a lowly 25,000 credits (not a lot) to buy yourself a piece of c**p! You have to race for about 2-3 hours before you start earning some real money but when you buy the best car congratulations you have completed the game because there is nothing left to do! When your going quite fast and more than 3 cars are on the screen at the same time it goes incredibly slow! WHY??? The dreamcast ... Read the complete review

When a driving game claims to be different from your run-of-the-mill track or rally game, you feel a bit dubious. When that game is a release title on the "next big thing", you just that something is awry. Tokyo Highway Challenge, by Genki, is that title, claiming to be a mixture of two popular genres, driving and fighting. Yes, I said driving and fighting. The idea is that you are one of Tokyo's kamiaze style higway racers, challenging other driver on the city's twisted streets by flashing your headlights at them. Sound strange? My mate got this game for chrismas in a package deal with some other games. Since this game had been given some quite bad reviews then I had never bothered to play it. The other day me and two of my friends where bored so we decided to play on Tokyo Highway Challenge and it actually turned out to be quite a decent game. This game has an all new style to it (like alot of DC games). What you have to do is to race around the highways of Tokyo and find other boy racers and give em a flash of your lights and ure away on a highspeed race!! The game has a new style of racing which is....Both players start off with a bar at the top of the screen. Once the ... Read the complete review

When released, this game was branded as being a poor attempt at a game. However, i feel the developers created the game aimed at people who like driving fast and NOT for general gamers. Fans of racing games such as myself only ask for a game with good graphics (Which it had) thats fast (Which it was) and with loads of cars (Sort of) I found the game to be exciting and fun. The thought of a game whereby you encourage other drivers to race along a highway at breakneck speeds is brilliant. "This game scratches the surface of Dreamcast's power", and the sequel WILL unleash the beast!. Read the complete review
