This game is a real dissapointment, after the diabolical Sega Rally I was looking forward to this conversion of the playstation hit. While the graphics are good and fast (sometimes too fast) the gameplay is awful. The tracks are so narrow that it is impossible not to keep hitting the sides sending your car into the air ending up on your roof. You ... Read the complete review

I havent had my dreamcast for that long, so when i bought it, i was looking for a game to show off the dreamcasts capabilities. I wasn't disappointed. When i say that, i mean i wasn't disappointed by the game, whether it was technically amazing is another issue. Having never owned a serious racer before, i thought i'd give ... V rally 2 on the sega dc is the sequel to one of the best ever racing games on the sony psx, v rally. Now, it is back, and with everything (including graphics, cars, sounds, tracks and the track editor) improved. As well as all of the usual features a racing game has v rally also has, as just mentioned, a track editor / maker where you get to make ... Read the complete review

V-Rally 2 for Dreamcast is an entirely different version to that of the Playstation and yet the game shares the same name - why? Well that doesn't matter because the Dreamcast version is much better than the PS one. the graphics you'll notice are absolutely STUNNING and the controls are responsive and easy to learn. Pluas there's the ... Read the complete review

The second rally game unleashed onto Sega's console, "V-Rally 2" is a thankfully more realistic endeavour into motorsport than the first, "Sega Rally 2". Gone are the floaty cars and frame rate issues which dogged "SR 2", "V-Rally 2" is an altogether more solid affair. Initial concerns over a lazy PC ... Read the complete review

This game has come striaght from the Playstation and it's brilliant! The graphics are superb and the gameplay is fast and frantic. There are also many courses including a course editior so you can dream up the perfect run. All i would say is that the handling of the cars isn't too hot. They feel like they're almost ... This is one very addictive game. I've played V-rally 1 many, many times, but V-rally 2 exceeds the first version by far.Graphics are improved, more cars, lots of bonus cars, build your own track, you name it, and it's there. In the beginning, when you're still used to V-rally 1, the sequell is a bit harder to keep on the road. But, as ... Read the complete review

The Playstation version of V-Rally 2 was a bit of a revelation, and ironed out many of the idiosyncracies that plagued the original game. The Dreamcast version is even better, with vastly improved graphics and even more realistic car handling. The tracks are brilliantly designed, but none of them are easy, so they may be slightly too difficult for ... Read the complete review

I will say this now. I DO NOT LIKE THIS GAME Right , now I have that off my chest I will explain why. It is not that this game is bad, actually it is quite good but having grown up in the Sega Rally generation I feel that this game just can't live you to the every high standards that Sega Rally sets.
