	Innocent Strawberries and Bananas Smoothie ... am a huge fan of the Innocent brand - drinking one of their smoothies makes me feel healthier instantly and also with the added bonus that they taste absolutely fantastic. They have provided a wide range of different varieties that simply taste fantastic and I always struggle to think of a favourite. Only downside and it is quite a big one is the price. These 1 litre carton are expensive and would be in anyone s eyes. Thankfully they are often on offer and on multi-buy special price and that is the reason that I usually have one carton in my fridge. 	Frijj Milkshake ... Frijj chocolate milkshake is absolutely delicious! When I want my chocolate fix but I don t want to overdo it on the fat content I always buy this drink instead of a bar. It is thick and creamy and it is quite filling, actually. I find it is a good drink to have after working out down the gym as well, and gets my energy back up quite well. I have also tried several other flavours in this range, and the chocolate fudge brownie version is also a very nice flavour. 	Lambrini ... m not a big drinker but when I saw a review of this the other day it bought back memories of my drinking days and really fancied a glass. I happened to mention this to my lovely husband and he came home with a bottle yesterday. It cost him around £3 for a big bottle of the stuff. I am not keen on strong alcohol and can just about cope with wine. The reason I really love this stuff is because it s not acidic and it s really weak. I can drink like water because it has such a subtle pear-like taste. The only problem with this is that I can get through quite a lot quite quickly because it doesn t feel like I m drinking alcohol.
