I work 9-5 in an office, anybody who has read earlier reviews or my profile may know I am on abit of a health drive at the moment. I normally bring in my own lunch (saves money & generally abit healthier) but today I was rushed off my feet and didn't get chance before leaving the house.
So Plan B, use the sandwich van that turns up everyday to rob us all blind!
I was pleasently surprised to find an offer of- *Credit Crunch Lunch-Sandwich, crisps & a can for £2* So I thought I wouldn't beat that, picked out my chicken salad sandwich, followed by some Prawn Cocktail Quavers and then it was a toss up between Pepsi or 7up.
I chose 7up and I am massively disappointed! I am still drinking it purely due to the fact that I have bought it but apart from the first to mouth fulls I haven't enjoyed it at all.

The sugar content is quite astonishing, each 330ml can contains 35g of sugar! Thats 39% of your daily allowance! I can feel it on my teeth every time they touch and it is a horrible feeling!
I know the sugar content is so high to provide taste but I just feel this is excessive and wonder why it isn't lower. It is no wonder obesity levels are rising with the tendency to take the easy quick options nowadays fizzy drinks like 7up are helping no-one. Also priced at around 60p in most places it isn't too expensive.

I fancy keeping my teeth, so for that reason i'm not going to be drinking 7up again!

Summary: I'm going for a glass of water.
