	Bulmers Pear Cider ... daughter recommended this to me and I decided to give it a try. I bought one bottle for £1.80 in the local shop. It comes in a fairly dark coloured botte with green labelling that states the product brand - Bulmers in big lettering. TIt s only 4.5% so it s a good one to drink when you re out and don t want to get drunk. When I opened it and poured it into my glass, it looked like fizzy wine, not dark enough to be cider. It didn t smell at all like pear, I thought it was more like apple and checked the bottle incase I d bought the wrong one, but no, sure enough it was pear cider. The first sip I quite liked. 	Bulmers Pear Cider ... don t like cider so when my cousin gave me a bottle of this Bulmers pear cider I thought it would be as bad as the Strongbow and other ciders that I ve had in the past and hated. The difference is that this one doesn t taste harsh or catch at the back of my throat like other ciders do. It s a proper refreshing drink that is more like an alcopop than cider because it s so sweet and smooth to drink. It s fizzier than I thought it would be but I love it that you can taste the pear in it because apple cider tastes nothing like apples but this one tastes like alcoholic pear juice! 	Bulmers Pear Cider ... Pear Cider At a party of mine, my very close friend (...) forgot to get me a present, and after much apologies, gave me a bottle of Bulmers Pear Cider... Packaging I was rather put off, as it is a large, brown glass bottle with a traditional style cap. I don t drink beer, and had never tried cider, and having been so used to dainty vodka and mixers, I was rather tentative! The cap is covered in green foil with the Bulmers logo. The label is round, lime green with a black apple contataining the words Bulmer Pear , with picture of a couple of pears.
