Joho42 Buxton Mineral Water: ... 99p, on the sole reason that the bottle cap looked like the easiest to drink from (there were other ones that had a variety of strange looking caps, so I thought I would play it safe). The packaging is fairly standard for a bottle of water, a 500ml bottle, with the Buxton label wrapped nicely around its waist, with a blue coloured cap. And I m going to be really honest, I couldn t tell the difference between th...

... I m not a big fan of bottled water because of the waste. However, I recently picked up a pack of six bottles of Buxton water to take to work - and I ended up being very glad I did when I got flu! The Buxton bottles are no longer a straight up and down shape - they curve in slightly and are taller (or is it my imagination?) to make it look as if you get more for your money. Or maybe it s to look a bit different from other brands; there s only so much you can do with a transparent plastic bottle! The plastic of the bottle seems to be cheaper, or at least thinner, than other brands, and I find I can only get a few reuses out of them. I know all that stuff about no...

CheekyCharlie08 Buxton Mineral Water
... tap water in Brum is proper nice so it s not very often I bother buying bottled water but if I m out and want a drink of water then I always buy Buxton because it s the freshest tasting out of all the bottled waters I think. I always get it out of the fridge because it tastes loads better but even at room temperature it s dead nice and goes down smooth and easy. I get the 500ml bottle because I like a big drink of water and them diddy little bottles that Evian come in are too small to give me a satisfying drink. Buxton water is proper refreshing and quenches my thirst as soon as I have a drink of it. You can tell that it s got minerals in it but it doesn t taste o...

... m not sure how much I can say about a bottle of water, but I ve come to learn that there are differences between the brands. You would think that water is water, just sourced from different places, but would taste roughly the same. I ve found that there are differences in the taste, and so I tend to stick with Buxton when it s an option. Buxton Mineral Water is sourced from St Anne s Spring in Buxton, hence the name. The company was bought by Perrier UK in 1987, they then moved to a new bottling plant and were later bought by Nestle Waters UK in 1993. One of the features that Buxton are proud of is that they bottle the water at the source, which is another reason they ...
