Pukka Detox Tea:
... s that time of year when the nights are closing in, and all you want to do is to sit in front of the TV with a plate of stodgy comfort food. Pukka Three Mint Tea ... somewhat of a peppermint tea addict, this is my all-time favourite. Found in Manchester Metropolitan Uni s organic/health food shop, the product is also available from Holland and Barrett, larger Sainsburys and Tescos. Peppermint tea is well known for its goodness, being caffeine free and a great aid to digestion, but until my discovery I never saw it as a treat! Pukka s distinctive of peppermint, spearmint and fieldmint add a new sweetness and fuller flavour to the norm, and make a cup of herbal tea truly delicious. Better yet, you can feel good whilst drinking it! Pukka have a strong environmental policy, and therefore pledge that their products are all 100% organ... Pukka Peppermint Licorice and Rose Tea ... absolutely love Pukka teas. I can t have caffeine anymore and it s great to have found this brand which allows me to have nice, luxurious blends of herbal teas which make me feel so much less deprived when I can t join my workmates for the morning coffee they always brew. I generally keep a selection of Pukka teas on my desk but I never would have chosen to buy this one so luckily my colleague had some and offered me a couple of tea bags in trade for one of the flavours I had that she wanted to try. I accepted quite reluctantly because this Refresh tea contains licorice which I generally dislike. However, I brewed up a cup and gave it a try. Pukka Refresh Peppermin... Pukka Detox Tea ... m addicted to tea, herbal tea especially. I m always on the lookout for that one herbal tea that tastes as good as it smells. In my eternal search, that is how I came across Pukka Detox tea - with aniseed, fennel and liquorice. It won a great taste gold award in 2008 (well that is what the sticker said) so I had high hopes for it. I bought it for around £2 at Holland and Barrett. About the company: Pukka Herbs Ltd are a herbal company based in Bristol whose principles are guided by Ayurveda, the ancient Indian philosophy which means the science of living wisely . The packaging: A lovely white and china blue patterned cardboard box, with an orange and cream label. Th...
