Firstly buying their lovely English country wines, and more recently their superb range of organic cordials. These have been so popular that they have now taken over, and the company no longer produces the wine on a commercial scale. The Chamomile Cordial is available from www.goodnessdirect.co.uk and here it retails for £2.77 for a 360ml glass bottle. You should also be able to find it in independent health food stores, but sadly not yet in supermarkets that tend to only stock their simple flavours such as orange and blackcurrant. 	Rocks Organic Lavender Cordial ... years ago I used to buy organic English country wines from a company called Rocks. My grandmother was very much a country lass and she would make everything herself, including elderflower wine, and so when she became too elderly to do it we used to buy from this company, and were always delighted with the quality and the taste. They began, however, to see a surge in the growth of another area of business which far outstripped the wine demands, and this was for organic cordial, and so gradually the wine production ceased and a new era began. 	Rock Organic Orange Squash ... by the amount of cordial added to the glass. Even the "high juice" varieties never seemed to capture the natural sweetness, acidity and variety of a fresh orange. The nearest I got to true orange flavour was via the high juice offerings from the likes of Robinsons. Then, at a friend s house I had a really cracking glass of squash that actually tasted of oranges... I was converted. Rocks Organic orange squash is certainly the closest thing to a fresh, fruit-filled experience without drinking pure fruit juice.
