	Ursus Premium ... s finest beers best drunk from a bottle in my eyes. The label has the words Ursus (bear) and a bear with a crown on it. The beer is made in Cluj-Napoca in northern Romania, it s a premium pilsener and has been made since 1878. It s slogan has always been "Regele berii in Romania" - The king of beers in Romania and it s a slogan which isn t far off the mark. It is currently owned by SAB Miller. This tasty easy going beer goes down very nicely, it s 5.0%, a clear golden colour and is best drunk quickly whilst chilled because it s pretty naf warm. 	Ciucas ... I first went to Romania, I made a point of testing all the beers and rather liked Ciuc Premium but I got mixed up with the name and later ended up buying a bottle or two of Ciucas. You can see that with names so similar, a mistake was inevitable.. particularly after testing out all that beer! A 0.5l bottle of Ciucas was at the time 9,000 lei which was about 17p and was considerably cheaper than water. Due to a little inflation in prices and the currency going from strength to strength, plus the loss of some 0 s, it is now about 1.1 lei/1.2 lei - which is about 25p, this beer is one of the cheapest I ve come across in the country and was at the time - so I didn t ex... 	Redd's Sun ... s Sun was the last of my Redd s experiments, fortunately they re range was limited to the 3 beers, Redd s Lemon flavour was probably the worst of the bunch, with an overpoweringly bright orange label it s impossible not to notice this one. Unfortunately the taste was not special at all, I had quite hopes for this one - imagining a lager and lime sort of taste instead it has a distinct bitter fruitiness to it like the citric sparkled flavour water at Marks & Spencers that has a specificly bitter spicy taste to it.
