Absolut Vodka is availible all over the world but was originally sold in Sweden in 1879. There are loads of different varities now. I'm not alcoholic (I'm a very responsible young lady!...err, well, most of the time!) and I'm no expert on the art of vodka drinking! I've just tried a few of these and would like to share my thoughts... **~~ABSOLUT VODKA~~** Is the original. It is made from Winter Wheat and Water (whatever that's all about). You can have it on its own (I don't know why you'd want to, I think it tastes foul by itself!) or you can mix it with just about anything - Coca-Cola, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice...anything ...

When I think of Sweden I don't really think of Vodka, I guess most people don't, but you should. This is an excellent vodka, it comes in a lovely bottle, quite plain and chunky but still very stylish looking, you must know it's shape from the Absolute adverts. If not check out their website as they are defintely worth a look. It has that same air about it as Ikea furtniture, simple stylish and affordable, even better it's even available at Ikea. So next time you've just bought half your local Ikea, add a bottle of this to your basket, it certainly makes putting all that furniture together a lot more fun. This vodka can certainly hold ...

Vodka's great isn't it? Almost completely flavourless, it can be added to pretty much anything from juice to milk without affecting the taste. For those with intitiative, jelly can be made from it or watermelons filled with it. Make no mistake, vodka is the most versatile of spirits and no hardened drinker should be without a bottle in the drinks cabinet. But its lack of taste and colour also means that, unlike whiskey with its million and one depths of character, vodka is pretty much just vodka. If mixed then it certainly won't matter whether you drink cheap label, supermarket own, run of the mill, suitable for stripping paint, bog standard vodka. ...
