Absolute Peppar Vodka

I spent a year in Russia, followed by three months touring Scandinavia. If there be one topic I feel qualified to talk about it is Vodka. In Russia they seemed to drink vodka instead of water, I have experienced the local moonshine, which can leave you blind (literally) to the Rare special blends valued more highly than caviar. Frankly I love it. One particular delicacy is home made, or rather flavoured vodka. I think they managed to combine tabasco sauce and vodka in this drink but the result was a drink that is simply too harsh to drink straight, the way that I am used to. The flavor is so tart and hot that it is simply unenjoyable. I only got my bottle as the town drunk gave it too me since he took one shot and couldn't stand it. Not only is it too spicy but then there is this sticky sensation on the tongue for the whole day. Maybe people are supposed to use this is mixed drinks but i am here to tell you it is not good for table vodka.
