Advantages: very, very strong, vapourises before it hits your tastebuds, so you can't taste it, cost-efficient Disadvantages: hard to get hold of, expensive when you CAN find it in an English pub, not good for the lightweights in the crowd
If like me you drink for the sole purpose aof getting drunk, this is your tipple. It looks nasty, tastes nastier and if you'd seen me on Saturday night, you'd see true nastiness in it's most terrifying form. It looks like something you'd unblock the sink with and yet it has to be one of my favourite drinks of all time. Why? Well, although it's expensive if nigh on impossible to get hold of in the UK, if you can get a rich friend or relative to bring you back a bottle from one of the Spanish resorts or similar, you'll be quids in. It costs around £6-10 for a litre bottle of 140% proof liqueur, and if I need to tell you how cost-efficient THAT'S gonna work out to be, you shouldn't be drinking the stuff in the first place. Be warned though, I'm a fairly heavy drinker (15 doubles of vodka or so) and I was mullered after 3 doubles of this stuff. Plus I always end up smashing either myself up or the fine establishment where I happen to have fallen. Well worth it though. Summary: |
