Anchor Steam Ale

A better than average American beer. Anchor Steam Ale provides a full, malty and rich flavor with a little fizz and near perfect balance. A very refreshing hops note at the end. The malty initial taste, balanced with the hops note & bitterness give this beer a taste reminiscent of an Ordinary Bitter(and a good one, at that). This beer transcends the style of both an ale and a lager. It certainly carries a good full body as well as a nice blend of flavors. Hoppy, malty, fruity, dry. A must try.
