We have just finished the beer order for the beer festival we are holding in February this year. It takes quite a lot of work and research to pick and order a selection of beers of different strengths and styles, from a mix of breweries. Some we just picked from a list to fit in with what we wanted, but we did make a point of trying some of the beers from breweries that fitted with our theme (Beers from within 30 miles of Chesterfield) when we saw them in pubs or at beer festivals.
