**Firstly my review is of the same product, just the Strawberry flavoured version** My 2 year old twin boys love their milk. It took me 2 years to get them off bottles as they adored them but despite being off bottles they still got to have at least one glass of milk a day, it's routine now. Milk to me though gets a bit boring so I like to liven up their drinks a little. You can purchase plenty of milkshake mixes these days, Nesquik being a very popular one however trying to save money where possible I opted for Asda's own the other day. Asda Strawberry Milkshake mix, with added vitamins, costs just over £1.20 for a 350g tub, which to me ... Read the complete review

I have two little girls who both love milkshake and to be honest I quite like some every now and then as well. So while I was in ASDA with my mum I thought that I would buy some but rather than buy some in a bottle I thought I would buy the powder stuff so it would last a little bit longer. At the time that I bought this milkshake paid £1.28 for a 350 gram box. You can every now and then find it on offer for 2 for £2 which is even better in the long run as its only a pound a box. In my opinion, this is great value if it is on offer or not. You can find this in most supermarkets in the coffee and tea isle but some ... Read the complete review

The idea of drinking milk takes us back to the days of childhood where you had milk at playschool or in the infants. To this day I still enjoy milkshakes and I consider myself to be somewhat of a milk connoisseur. I have sampled Yazoos, Nesquik and Krush milkshakes and enjoyed them all, so I wondered how the Asda milkshake mix might compare in the stakes. You can buy several flavours, the one I had was chocolate. You get a generous sized tub for your one pound twenty, a tub of over 300 grammes which looks like it could last a good month or two if one dipped into it everyday. One accesses the mix by peeling off the protective topping then exposing the powder. ... Read the complete review

I always shop at asda, as they always have great offers on every time i go in. This time, i noticed there was an offer on their own brand of milkshake. This was 2 boxes for £2, which i thought was a bargain as my boyfriend loves milkshake. Whilst in asda i decided to compare the asda milkshake on offer to the nesquik milkshake. I was instantly drawn to the asda more than the nesquik, as the size of the box of asda milkshare was double the size of the nesquik! I thought, not only is it cheaper but you get more for your money aswell! I was wrong there as when i looked at both boxes, even though the nesquik milkshake box was smaller, it had 300g of milkshake ... Read the complete review

I love banana milkshake but buying the ready made bottles works out expensive, I use the Nesquik powder regularly and thought I'd try this Asda version of banana milkshake powder instead because it's not only cheaper than Nesquik but also comes in a bigger tub, To make the milkshake up you pour out a glass of cold milk and add 2 or 3 big spoons of the yellow banana flavoured powder. Through trial and error I have found out that 3 and a bit spoons makes the perfect milkshake for me, but when I did my mate one the other day she only used 2 spoons so you'll have to suss that one out for yourself. The powder is very easy to mix into the milk and you ... Read the complete review
