Having children you always want what is best for them and we all know that milk is an important part of their growth to support healthy bones teeth and nails.

When they are babies they only have milk which is full of the nutrients that they need once they get to the age of 1 they are able to consume cows milk unless there is an allergy. This swap from a different milk is hard and can be a challenge to get them to drink it. I was lucky with my son he couldnt stop consuming milk and still cant its getting him to leave it alone. My daughter however used to love it and would have 2 bottles a day now she will only have 3oz twice a day so we had to find a way to get some more calcium into her.

When I was shopping on line the other day I was going to get the nesquick mix because that was what i used to have when I was younger and I stumbled accross asdas own brand on a special deal at £1 so I decided to invest in the two flavours chocolate and strawberry just incase she didnt like the one. So far this has gone down lovely she will have it slightly warm to go to bed and cold in a morning before her breakfast she also seems not to mind what flavour it is as long as it is not plain milk.

The bonus about this is that it is still filled with essensial nutrients that will benifit your child so they are getting that added health requirement.

I would recommed this to anyone with children or who is not keen on milk themselves it tastes nice and is cheap you cant go wrong.
