 ... healthier. On opening the isotonic bottle you are immediately met with a very fresh citrus scent that invites itself into your nose. The smell isn't as strong as that of the orange or the mixed berry drink but certainly makes an impression. The scent is also not a false advertiser as when you taste the drink all the smells that made themselves known to you turn into wonderfully refreshing flavours. Since starting University my fondness for isotonic style drinks has grown considerably, as I find them brilliant for drinking in lectures as well as on the buses too and from university itself. If you have read some of my other isotonic drink reviews you will know that because the popular isotonic brand - Lucozade - is so expensive and can cost up to £1.20 per bottle, I have looked for alternative brands. One of the brands I have fond and come to quite like is Asda's isotonic drinks. The mixed berry flavour and the orange one both went down well with me so I thought that for the 35p price tag I would test the waters of the citrus flavoured one.
