      Nice and tasty, refreshing drink!

I love soft drinks in this hot weather we seem to be having at the moment I'm drinking more than ever and spending a fortune on premium brands which is why when I spotted this costing 47p a bottle in Asda and knowing I love ginger beer type drinks I simply had to pop it in my trolley!

Please note that I am not reviewing the low calorie version of this ginger ale but the regular one and that Dooyoo simply told me to write my review here so here it is lol!

      The Packaging:

1 Litre see through bottle that has a black screw on/off cap to the top of it and a green label that goes around it's middle. On the front of that label I am told that it is Asda Ginger Ale, the size is stated, I'm told that its suitable for vegetarians and that it contains no artificial colours or flavours. On the back of the bottle other information listed includes ingredients and storage advice, a full nutritional rundown chart is displayed and contact details for Asda are also given. Simple bottle that is informative enough...this is.

      The Drink:

Light golden in colour and very slightly sparkling as soon as you open the bottle you get a fizz noise and a slight sell of ginger that is sweet and natural in its fragrance. It holds its slight sparklingness for a good time though ice kills it so in my opinion this is best served cool/cold. It possesses a nice natural taste of ginger and isn't too sweet but the ginger does give it a slight kick though this can't be described as fiery and is certainly pleasant enough and leaves no weird aftertaste after consumption.

      Verdict:

A nice ginger ale that has a slight harshness in flavour and kick and isn't too sweet! I like it a lot Asda thanks!
