... & Passion Fruit Smoothie 'Made with nothing but pure fruit' and that it gives us 2 of our recommended portions of fruit/veg a day per 250ml of the drink and that in the carton there is 750ml of it. Other information on the carton includes being told a bit about the product and the ingredients used within it, there is a full nutritional chart listed and contact details for Asda are listed. Its a nice enough informative and easy to pour the smoothie out of carton this is and I like it well enough!

As many of you know by reading my reviews I am not the wellest person in the world. I have a variety of ailments and one of my biggest issues is suffering with M.E. At the moment I've got it rather bad along with an iron and potassium deficiency. I'm exhausted all of the time and been struggling with my diet to prepare meals properly and things so ended up either with my mate bunging something in the oven for me or if left to me eating ready meals.
