      very good juice

      Very Tasty!

this is a fresh pressed juice- not from concentrate.

I am quite particular about what apple juice I will drink- My favourite is Copella Apple juice, I do not like the clear(ish) coloured apple juices with the overally sweet flavour, I like pressed apple juices, that look like what you would actually get out of an apple and taste like you have bitten into an apple.

Well this juice ticks those boxes- Its fresh tasting, sweet but tangy, and a lovely greenish cloudy colour. I find its taste quite similar to that of Copella and so have swiched to buying this unless Copella is on offer as its a lot cheaper, so as its taste is similar I now only really have Copella as a treat.

I love that it tastes as if you are putting something healthy and 'real' into your body. It rates as one of the best apple juices I have tasted and while Copella still has the edge over this Asda juice with taste and quality- the Asda juice is a good 2nd choice.

      A great juice drink

Along with the orange juice that I have just reviewed before this one, I also bought a carton of apple juice as they were in an offer of 2 for £3. I bought the orange juice for myself and the apple juice for my husband as this is his favourite flavour juice drink.

I wasn't too sure that he was going to drink it though as anything that's generally healthy he usually passes over and instead goes straight for the unhealthy stuff! And I was certain that he wouldn't drink it when he poured some out into a glass and out came something that didn't look like apple juice in the slightest. It is a pale yellow colour and quite cloudy - it looks a little like cloudy lemonade actually. It really doesn't look very nice at all and nothing like normal apple juice so I was completely taken by surprise when a couple of days later he told me that we needed to get some more as he'd finished the first carton.

I've had a couple of glasses of this myself and it is actually really nice once you get over the funny look of it. It tastes just the same as any normal apple juice and is even a little bit sweeter than usual. The colour is purely because it is made from 100% pure pressed apples and not from concentrate which means that it's much healthier for you amd is the only ingredient in the drink. As with the orange juice, it provides you with 1 of your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.

If a hugely a fussy eater such as my husband likes this so much and gets through so much of it, it must be fantastic. I'm buying these all the time now because they're really good for you and I don't think I've ever seen him been so keen about a drink before!
