Its bad stuff (Asda Smart Price Lemonade)

Advantages: its not as cheap as water but mixes ok with vimto

Disadvantages: Its terrible its never seen a hint of lemon in its life just a chemical vat

I decided to buy the smartprice lemonade yesterday on my weekly shopping trip.

Its got a bit of a cheapo labeling on the bottle which to be honest i dont like it.

I got home and last night decided to have a glass of lemonade before going to bed rather than a glass of water.

In the kitchen when i undid the screw top lid i was met by a flurry of bubbles and lemonade shooting out from the bottle neck for about 30 seconds.

I poured the lemonade into a glass with some ice and noted that it was fizzing like mad which to me was better than the bottle of schwepps i bought a couple of weeks ago that was flat.

I took a rather large mouthful and was greeted by the nastiest tasting foul liquid i have had since trying space juice special when i was a kid.

To say it tastes anything of lemonade would be a lie its awful all i could taste was a chemical acid flavour with the slightest hint of lemon.

Rather than waste it i decided to add some vimto to it which actually managed to mask the chemical taste and finished the glass off.

Summary: Good for mixing I supposen - Its pretty vile stuff though
