Advantages: Great as a mixer.

Disadvantages: Poor as a lemonade.

It amazes me to see how many negative reviews this lemonade has got.

I have to admit that this is not the best lemonade out there, and that's kind of a given with it costing under 20p per large bottle.

Now take that price into the equation and think about what you are drinking. I think if you buy this expecting to be able to sip glasses of lemonade with ice on your roof garden in the hot summer weather then you're going to be disappointed whatever the price.

Try this one. Take one large glass, a couple of ice cubes and a standard measure of your favourite fruit cordial (I recommend ASDA's double concentrated lemon myself) and make it up using this lemonade as a mixer. I think you'll be very pleased with the results. Essentially this is simply fizzy water which means you can get an excellent cheap cloudy lemonade, or cheap orangeade or whatever you prefer.

Looking at it as a lemonade, if this is all you can afford for a lemonade then go for it, it's certainly drinkable, but it's never going to be a huge taste sensation I'm afraid.

Summary: A great mixer for cordials.
