Baileys Irish Cream With a Hint of Mint Chocolate

What a lovley refreshing treat this is!!

Baileys Irish cream was first introduced to the market in 1974 by Andrew Bailey of R.A Bailey& Co Dublin Ireland and the trademark is currently owned by Diageo.

Baileys Irish Cream is made from Whiskey and Cream and now comes flavoured with a hint of Mint chocolate yum yum.
(Creme caramel also available)

Baileys with a hint of mint chocoltae is 17% proof and is best served over ice.

This is a drink you either love or hate. Personally I just love it. It tastes lovley and creamy witha fresh mint chocolate taste.
The only draw back is that it can become a bit sickly if consumed in large amounts

This drink is also very versatile, not only can it be served on its own but it can also be used as an ingredient in other yummy drinks.

How about A Baileys Latte with a Hint of Mint chocolte-
Simply add a dash to you fouroucrite Latte

Or how about in a cocktail-
My favourite is the B52
A layer of Sambuca, a layer of Cointreu topped with a layer of Baileys mmmmm

Summary: Real delicous drink

I'm not particularly taken by the flavoured baileys... I can't remember which one it was I had, but it tasted 'off'
