Advantages: great taste, not too strong

Disadvantages: high in sugar, very more-ish!

Baileys is a delicious, creamy, alcoholic liquer. It has a wonderful coffee-toffee flavour and is not too strong at all. It is usually about 17% alcohol.

You can make many delcious drinks using baileys, it's even good on it's own! The most common ways to drink it are either straight, with ice, or with milk. But baileys is also used in a number of cocktails - I even heard of a shot that has Baileys and Midori together. Not sure about that!

This drink is delicious as a night-cap, to relax you after a hard day, as a kind of sauce over your ice cream, or in coffee too!

The only problem with it is that it's so delicious you might drink more than you should! So be careful... Also it's probably very high in sugar.

I don't think I could drink baileys all night if I was going out, it's a little bit too sweet and syrupy for that, but as a treat or at the end of the night it's perfect.
