Baileys is a liqueur made from Irish whiskey and cream. It has a wonderful smooth, warm texture and is best cold from the fridge and with an ice cube in it.

Baileys is the main and best known Irish Cream liqueur around and so is quite famous. You can buy it in the supermarket for about £15 a bottle so it isn't cheap but it is very tasty. It is ony 17% so it won't knockyou out and you can enjoy a glas or too without it resulting in any crazy antics!

I like Baileys at Christmas. For me, it has a real Christmas feel about it but it's nice all year round in the evening after a meal. I will warn you though, it isn't so enjoyable if you drink too much before a meal or mix it with something else as the night progresses as it can curdle in your stomach with somethings and make you feel quite sick!

Although Baleys is lovely and I think the best Irash Cream Liqueor, you can by cheaer ones. Tesco do one for about £5 which is very nice but some can lack the extra creamy tste that Baileys has.

Summary: the bast an original but alo some cheaper options are worth a try too
