Baileys is made my mixing cream with Irish whiskey, cocoa extracts and sugar.

It is rich (as you would expect with those ingredients!) but smooth and creamy and delicious to drink - in fact it's quite addictive and that's not a good thing when you consider that just 100mls - a double (Baileys should be served in 50ml measures as standard0 contains 327calories! That's nearly as much as a Big Mac!

Once opened i keep mine in the fridge as there's nothing tastier than a cold Baileys - warm Baileys isn't so good!

Baileys is also used in loads of different cocktails and desserts so it's a great ingredient to experiment with - just remember that anything you add it to is likely to be VERY fattening and a treat once in a while!

You can buy Baileys in most supermarkets and places like Bottoms Up etc - you can get some great deals on it too if you keep your eyes open!

Summary: Perfect after dinner treat (perhaps a Baileys instead of dessert!)
