Advantages: Versatile, Cheap-ish, Delicious!

Disadvantages: Don't Ever Seem To Get Drunk!, Gets All Crusty Round The Top Of The Bottle, Pub Measures Are Ridiculously Small!

Hmm, Now where to start? I have to say I was, lets just say a "tad" unsure of whether or not to right this review - Picture this:

At a security guard convention, you are standing around the with the other guards, each with excrutiating effort trying to exude intelligence and a crime-fighting demeanor when the conversation turns as follows:

"...yeah sports bra's do help but I find personally that a corn-plaster on each nipple really does reduce the chaffing on patrols", "Oh really?, I must try that"....... "So..... whats your tipple then?".... after an almost systematic repeating of "Lager", "Lager", "Lager" from all corners of the room do you really want to chirrup - "Oh Baileys! I find the creamy chocolatle undertones a delight, after a good fresh chardonanny with cheese and biscuits"?

No - Not really.

But to hell with male sexual stereotyping, and the desire to fit in!
"I am James, lord of the lardies, leader of the lurpack lunch bunch, James the "Supaguard"! and I Love Baileys!!" (-collect your p45 on the way out sonny-)

Now if you are worried about it tasting of whiskey/whisky* (*its a long story!) don't you worry, it does and it doesn't!

Helpfull?, No? Well put it this way, I don't like whisky, It burns my throat (-and sacrifice one months pay!-) but with Baileys, I can gargle with the stuff (and often do after a litre of the stuff!) It's just so easy!

The taste of Baileys I would describe as a cross between melted chocolate and coffee all whisked into fresh cream- De Lish!

The best thing about Baileys is its versatility, I sometimes even cook with it!
Its a great marinade/glaze for pork. There are hundreds of reciped out there, happy hunting!

My personal favourite:

2 measures Baileys
2 measures Chocolate ice-cream (soft scoop, go easy on yo
urself!)
1 measure Fresh milk

and shake (or power blend!) until you lose the will to live! And there!
