I read an article recently about GM lager and the potential problems involved with it. As a very basic and un-informed view point I can only suggest that it is down to taste as well as ethics. On the one side there is the argument concerning the consumption of GM products and on the other there is a taste value. As a dedicated beer drinker I feel strongly about GM beer, this unfortunately fades after about five pints and my views are concentrated of value and taste. Although I assume GM lagers can be identified what measures will be taken for those under the influence?
