Advantages: Look good and tastes good,especially on a hot day.

Disadvantages: Can give an evil hangover.

German Beers can be quite heavy on the stomach but they make up for this through their flavour.

While living in Germany I used to drink Berliner Kindl Weisse,I would highly recommend it.

It has to be poured very slowly and left a minute or two for the liquid to settle before refilling the glass.
It is clear no clouding and pale looking in colour with a frothy white head.
With a strong yet pleasant flavour and goes down well with most meals.

The taste is second to none and very moreish.

Its best served cool,especially on a hot sunny day while sitting outside watching the world go by.

Berliner Kindl contains a low volume of alcohol only about 3 per cent but never underestimate the strength.
Two glasses and your merry four glasses and you are dancing on the tables.
It is one of those Beers that suddenly catches you unaware,you dont really feel the effects until bang it suddenly hits you.

The other Beer I used to enjoy was Schultheiss Berliner Weisse,very similar to the Kindl,but a bit darker in colour.
As for the taste just as good but a slight bitter taste to it.

But be warned both these Beers can give you the most evil hangover known to man....

After drinking these Beers it was something of a let down coming Home to whats on offer in the uk.
I find most uk Beers weak,sort of wishy washy.
Some can be quite flat and almost taste as if they have been watered down.
