love Blossom Hill, I love the Chardonnay, the California Winery but I simply adore the Sauvignon Blanc. There is just something about it. I actually look forward to having a cold glass of this wine with my dinner and in my opinion it goes with most dishes but especially pasta dishes or other fairly light dishes such as chicken or fish. Blossom Hill has a wide variety of different wines including red wine, white wine and rosé as well as sparkling wines.
