Advantages: Low in calories, tastes like non diet

Disadvantages: Fizzy drink - still bad for your teeth!

So, I have been looking for a drink which still tastes good but doesn't have many calories. I absolutely love fizzy drinks (something to do with being denied them as a child!) so I have been attempting to avoid them, you know, bad for the teeth etc etc. So 7up free is a nice treat once in a while!

I am a full fat full sugar girl and I can always tell if something is "diet" but 7up free is different it actually tastes the same as normal 7up (well in my opinion) so I still feel like I am getting a treat whilst getting less that half the calories! If you haven't tried it, I would recommend it. Especially as supermarkets quite often have offers on it compared to the rival sprite. I would definitely put 7up free up there as a great diet drink. So go and give it ago!
