Advantages: Tastes refreshing and citrusy...

Disadvantages: A dry aftertaste from the sweeteners...

I love fizzy pop like most people my age do, I find it quenches my thirst better and I hate the taste of water on its own, Blah!

My mum buys me pop but she won't usually but it unless it's sugar free which is fine by me as she says its empty calories...

One of the brands we get in is 7 Up Free as I love the taste of lemon and lime as long as it's not in squash :)

7 Up Free is made by Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd and is made in Great Britain, and only contains 1.9 calories per 100ml or 6.3 calories in a 330 ml tin which is awesome!

There are no sugars but there are of course artificial sweeteners although it doesn't contain caffeine like Diet Coke and Pepsi so is better for me. There is Aspartame which is getting a lot of bad publicity, but it is colour, preservative and sugar free as I've already said.

The silver can be recycled which we always do :)

We bought ours in a multi-pack of six from Morrisons for £2 a few weeks ago, and this stuff last ages, my best before date on this can is February next year...

The taste is very nice, you can tell there are limes and lemon flavourings in it and it doesn't taste artificial with the fruit, but your mouth can be left dry by this carbonated soft drink afterwards when you can taste the sweeteners.

This could also be the citric acid from the fruit I don't know, but there is a difference in the aftertaste compared to the normal brand 7 UP flavour.

I think there are a lot worse fizzy drinks out there for me, the 'energy' drinks for example, and they are not as refreshing and crisp as this one.

Four stars for me because of the drying aftertaste although I do enjoy this flavour :)

Summary: I like this a lot, it tastes nice nad has no sugar content :)
