Not as nice as 'proper' 7up (Britvic 7 Up Free)

Advantages: nice and fizzy

This is a review of 7up free (natural lemon and lime flavour).

Proper 7up reminds me of my childhood. It was one of my favourites and I'll never forget my friend's grandma thinking it was called "ZUP"and asking for a bottle of it in local shop hehe!!

This fizzy drink is sugar free, preservative free, colouring free and caffeine free. But don't be fooled into thinking it's good for you.

I know I drink too much fizzy pop and have been trying to cut down. I'm a diet coke addict and have recently moved to the caffeine free version. The main thing for me is that they are low calorie and quite filling.

I bought a six pack of these 7ups as they were on offer at £1.49 which is quite a bargain. I don't think I could drink this all the time as they taste a bit strange - I think someone else described it as a chemical taste and I totally agree. I think they leave a strange aftertaste at the back of your throat too.

On a positive note, the pop stays nice and fizzy and is quite refreshing. I think that's all I can find to say about it that's good.

Would I buy again? Possibly as a change from diet coke but only if they were on a decent special offer.

Summary: OK but don't rush out for it.
