Wimbledons coming grab a twist to the traditional lemon barley (Britvic Robinsons Fruit & Barley)

With wimbledon fast approaching everyone thinks of Robinsons lemon barley water but what of the others!! I have a small addiction to robinsons summer fruits fruit and barley, i have drunk it almost exclusivley for years now (no other squash seems to match up).

Unlike traditional lemon barley there is not the sharp taste one would expect, and the mixed blend of summer fruits really refreshes the pallette. The barley water aspect of this drink (over traditional summer fruit squashes) gives the drink less of a sweetness, while maintaining the fruity flavour. I love it!

My biggest issue with robinsons summer fruit and barley is (at my local shops anyway) it always seems to be the firs one off the shelves so runs out all too often, especially when it comes to the larger bottles.

Other flavours are available of course, with kiwi and strawberry being quite a popular choice.

Summary: Try something different!
