Advantages: Cheap, juicy and refreshing

Disadvantages: n/a

Everybody knows that you should drink 2 liters of water a day and sometimes this can get boring! After browsing through my local supermarket looking for a squash to add to my water I was drawn to the Robinsons Fruit and Barley range.

The color of the liquid inside the clear bottles are great. They look very attractive and bright. This is obviously the reason why I was drawn to the range so quickly. Like a lot of other customers including children.

In my local supermarket each 1 liter bottle is priced at £1.46 although I have seen them on offer since at 2 for £2.

I decide to buy just one bottle to try as with most things these days something that looks nice does not always taste so nice. I decided to try the Lemon flavored juice as I thought it would be refreshing especially during the summer.

I don't like my squash to taste to strong so I only added a little to my water and it tasted fab! You would defiantly need to use really cold water to get the best flavor. I would highly recommend this flavor to anybody who wants a refreshing and thirst quenching drink.

I think it would also be good to use when making ice lollies for the freezer.

It states on the bottle that there are 20 servings per bottle. I think it could stretch to 30+, but like I said I only like to use a little bit.

This drink is suitable for vegetarians, free from artificial colors and flavors and has no added sugar so is ideal for children and the whole family.

I always associate Robinson's squashes with Wimbledon, along with strawberries and ice cream. The fruit and Barley is very refreshing.
