n our house juice (which is what most people call squash) is a favourite. In the weekly shopping we always get two bottles of juice, typically orange/apple and blackcurrant and summer fruits flavour always. Our brand of choice is Robinsons because the quality exceeds some other brands, and I find some own brand squashes are a little weak compared with their pricier counterparts.

A 1 litre bottle of Robinsons Summer Fruits squash tends to cost about £1.20 and if there's a deal on at that time, you can often pick up two bottles of any flavour for £2. This is a bargain in my eyes as its such a popular drink and never goes to waste.

Per 100ml (concentrate) there is 9kCal which isn't too bad and is a great alternative to drinking water all the time as sometimes it can get a little monotonous. The variety I buy also claims to have no added sugar, because I think the squash is much more refreshing without, but in reality it has 0.5g per serving. Robinsons Summer Fruits also contains no artificial flavours or colours and is made using real fruit juices

Ingredients:
Water, Fruit Juices from Concentrate (12%) (Apple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry), Citric Acid, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Sweeteners (Aspartame, Saccharin), Flavouring, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Metabisulphite), Vitamins (Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, B12).
Contains a Source of Phenylalanine.

Before use I always give it a shake and it is important to add extra water if given to toddlers as sometimes its a little too strong if you're overzealous with your pouring and obviously then dilute with water.

The flavours are a mix of apple, strawberry, raspberry and cherry. I can always tell the raspberry flavour especially which I'm glad about as it tastes delicious and is one of my favourite fruits. This drink is an excellent way to quench your thirst.

Summary: Great tasting squash, a favourite
