Possibly the worst beer in the world, a triumph of marketting over substance. This beer like most American product tastes of nothing...absolutely zilch. Now, that may very well be your bag man if you don't like beer...and I've got to say most Budweiser drinkers probably don't. In my opinion they're buying into the product. Witness the fact that it is nearly always drunk tramp-style straight from the bottle. Decant it into a glass and it loses its identity, its raison d'etre...it's just another half of lager, and who wants to be seen drinking that? If it wasn't on TV at every ad break I suspect we'd never have to hear from this sad brand again. Liquid ... Read the complete review

Episode 1 "Come on Budsters, into my knapsack you go. We’re off to our first house party in a while so I need your support tonight". The author glanced at the innocent brown bottles who scurried into the safety of his bag. "What’s that, where’s Stella? No, she’s not coming. It’s just us for this one." The distinctive, world-renowned bottles looked at each other with a modicum of trepidation. "Whassup? You’ve been watching too many of your own adverts. OK, no more ad-related jokes. No, not even froggy renditions of Bud – weis – er." The intrepid crew sank ... Read the complete review

For many a year now, Budweiser has been known as The King of Beers. This self professed tag is naturally, a point for discussion, as beauty is in the eye of the beholder as much as a favourite beer is completely a matter of personal taste. Myself, I like a pint of Bud, but not all the time and I definitely don't think it's the best out there. Of the regular beers you get either on tap or by the bottle, Bud is definitely one of the best in terms of general popularity and also carries a reputation of quality. Made mainly with hops, rice and barley, it carries with it a fresh and crisp taste that is often not associated with other lagers. This is the carbon ... Read the complete review

Budweiser, ‘King of Beers’, is probably the best known of the American beers now freely available in the UK. It’s also the most popular. And that’s because it’s absolutely gorgeous. Bud lager was created by Adolphus Busch in 1852 and his original recipe still stands today. Apparently the key to its smooth taste is the beechwood ageing process coupled with a centuries-old European brewing technique called kraeusening. I have no idea what this entails, but the Bud company boast that no other beer costs so much to produce and I believe them. Ingredients of include barley-malt, hops, yeast, rice and water. The rice in ... Read the complete review

Whhasssup! Not a very original, title for a Budweiser opinion but hey, their adverts are great aren’t they! I normally drink Budweiser (commonly known as Bud) wherever I go. I was originally a Fosters Ice girl but over time (and a few bottles) I find that it can become quite sickly. Budweiser is different though as to me, it does not have the overly strong taste of Stella or the weaker strength of some other bottled beers. As with all lagers / beers Bud is best served chilled. I tend to drink Bottles of Bud in pubs (presently £1.59 in Moons/Wetherspoons) or from a four pack. Yesterday I bought a pack of 4 x 440ml cans from my local BP ... Read the complete review
