Advantages: easy to drink
Disadvantages: not to the liking of big beer drinkers
It's about time that i wrote a review all about my favorite beer, and for me, that beer is Budweiser... King of Beers.
Sporting a universally recognized brand and brewed chiefly in the United States, Budweiser is a light, pale lager, and like many American lagers is brewed usuing a large amount of rice, adding to the lightness of the brew. It's also filtered, which means that the yeast has been cleared, which i find really adds to the lightness of the drink and also means that Budweiser isn't as gassy as many other mainstream lagers.
It's generally available in 3 formats. The cans are relatively easy to find, but tend to carry a bit more gas. Plus, who likes drinking out of a can.
Most common is the bottled budweiser. This is the classic, and for good reason. The perfect amount of beer, dressed in a classically cool way.
3rd and the rarest is the Draught version. I cannot stress how good this stuff is, especially in the summer. Unfortunately, it's pretty hard to find, at least where i live.
Classic budweiser is a 5% alcohol count and 120z is generally good for 140-150 calories.
Some would say that Budweiser is a bit weak, and doesn't have as much flavor as some other beers, but in my experience, they're generally talking about Ales and Bitters, so it's not really a fair comparison. Even so, it doesn't really have as much flavor as say European lagers. But budweiser is fine with this, and so am I. Each to their own eh. All hail the king of beers... responsibly of course.
Summary: Happy to be what it is, just like it's drinkers.
