For years and years my favourite bedtime drink was Cadbury Bournvita Malted Chocolate Drink, a delicious chocolaty drink that had a very smooth malty taste to it and really did help me relax and prepare for a good night's sleep.

All of a sudden I found this drink very hard to find and had to hunt the shops to find one that sold it, then eventually I gave up looking for it because I was unable to find it anywhere.

Recently it has come back on the scene in certain shops and although the jar it came in has turned to plastic the delicious drink is still the same.

It works like any other drinking chocolate; you just put a spoonful or two dependant on taste into a mug then add boiling water. It can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night but it is better as a get to sleep method and actually works unlike many so called night time drinks.

At £1.80 per jar this stuff is a bit expensive but if you try it and enjoy it as much as I do then you will not mind paying it one bit.

Summary: A lovely bed time drink.
