BRING BACK BOURNVITA

What has happened to Bournvita?
The drink that makes one's sleep much sweeter.
I have been all over town
Only to be met with frown
No-one seems to know just why
Assistants look, give up, and sigh.

Young folk, old folk, none can sleep
Without their nightly Bournvita treat.
The credit crunch keeps us awake
We need our sleep for goodness sake.
Help this restless nation sleep
Our sanity we need to keep.

Put Bournvita back in shops
Not all of us like wine and hops.
Let our sleep drown out the snores
Of husbands who, think we are bores
Who like our nightly chocolate drink
Some of us can't get a wink.

For many years our nightly sup
Has been Bournvita in a cup
Drinking tea and counting sheep
Doesn't help us get a peep.
Let this nation sleep again
When we've prayed and said "Amen."
