I may be dieting but I still need chocolate (Cadbury Highlights Instant Hot Chocolate)
Member Name: Trishajs
Advantages: Low calorie chocolate- heaven Disadvantages: More expensive than other similar brands Having a sweet tooth coupled with the need to shed a few pounds, I decided to try Cadbury's Highlights as it is only 40 calories a cup and has less than 1% fat. Also, which is important to me, it is suitable for vegetarians. It couldn't be simpler to make- you just put the amount you want of the powder in a cup- ( I used a heaped dessertspoon- but it's up to you how weak or strong you like it- bearing in mind stronger will up the calories), and add hot water. You don't need to add sugar. I thought it was delicious and certainly gave me my chocolate fix. I paid just over £3 for my jar, so it isn't the cheapest chocolate drink available- but I think in comparison to the other low calorie brands - it's the tastiest. Now the weather is getting warmer- I have made the drink with hot water, let it cool and put it in the fridge- you will find it needs a vigorous stir when cold- but it will tasted like a chocolate milk shake. Summary: It tastes of Cadbury's chocolate- need I say more? |
