Advantages: Nice if you like diet coke

Disadvantages: tastes different to Coke

Diet coke is an aquired taste. After a while you prefer it to normal coca cola. Diet coke has no sugar, so to be extra healthy try caffeine free. Not only does it not contain sugar, it contains no caffeine. This means that you can drink it whenever you want and it will not affect your sleep. This can only be a good thing.

The downside to this is that, as it is essentially diet coke still, the sweeteners are still present = more chemicals. But, your teeth won't rot.

Personally I'd rather keep my teeth and my sleep, so I like to drink caffeine free diet coke. I've seen it in shops in 2 litre bottles and 330ml cans.

Summary: Caffeine free diet coke, the healthy option.
