Celestial Seasonings Herbal Teas

From time to time I have difficulty in sleeping, not for any particular reason, but so much so that I have been avoiding coffee in the afternoon and evening - and I really love my coffee. Celestial Seasonings really creates a good line of herbal teas. I have tried a lot of them, some even discontinued, and I have enjoyed most of them. They make a really good tea called Sleepytime, which is a great way to unwind just before bed. It has a soft aroma, and really relaxes the mind. One amazing tea is the echinacea complete care. Everytime I'm sick, this is the tea I turn to for a cure. It has a small amount of eucalyptus in it, which really opens up your nasal passages and numbs the pain in your body. I really don't know what it is about tea with me. Perhaps because when I was young and would get sick, a cup of tea was one of those comfort foods that my dear departed mum used to give me. And perhaps one feels that when it's something warm and comforting.
