A sensual verte absinthe that is produced in strict accorance with a 19th century recipe. This absinthe has a tasty wormwood complexity and back notes of anise and other floral flavours. Created using fresh wormwood, Century absinthe is a forest product that relies on herbs and plants that are naturally rich in essential oils. The distiller has managed to deliver 100mg of thujone and this is a record for any absinthe.
