One thing that I drink alot of is bottled water. I really am never keen on tap water as I always think it tastes of chemicals where I live and when I'm out and about in the car it is my drink of choice! Living near Cheddar Gorge and popping to the area often (North Somerset) to grab cheese and cider as it is literally only a few minutes from where I live I was rather excited to see this bottled water in a local garage. (can be purchased online and in stores too all over the place as well as local to where I live). The Packaging: I have only seen this available to purchase in a 500ml handy plastic bottle size with a screw on/off blue plastic cap to the top of it and then around the middle of it there is a light white and blue label and on that we are told that it is 'Still' Cheddar natural Spring Water, 500ml 'Filtered Through Certified Organic Land'. On the back of the bottle other information listed tells us a bit about the product and a small map is given to show us where this water comes from, there is a nutritional chart listed, website details for the manufacturer are listed (www.cheddarwater.com) and contact details for Cheddar Water are given (the manufacturer of the product). This is a nice, informative bottle without giving us too much useless information! The Water Itself: This water is apparently filtered through hundreds of feet of Mendip rock over many years and is really rich in minerals such as 92mg of calcium, 2mg of potassium and so on so not only is this a thirst quenching, clear and crisp water best drank cold/cool it is naturally good for us too! Clean is what I think of when I think of this water. It contains no taste at all of chemicals and is just what it is.... mineral rich tasty water you can drink on its own or mix if you want to! Bottled water I always think is a much of a muchness however this just is superb quality, takes years to filter and I am a huge fan of it and like the fact I can support a local means too! So this gets a massive thumbs up from me on every level! Available at the cost of about 58p a bottle!
