I have always enjoyed drinking tea and a few years ago read about the health benefits of green tea. It is antibacterial and antiviral and contains anti-oxidants which may help to protect you against cancers. Lowers the bad LDL cholesterol and blood pressure associated with heart disease. Helps control blood sugar levels associated with diabetes, and even help prevent the formation of plaque on your teeth. Green tea is apparently just the same plant as black tea but they differ in the fact black tea goes through a process of fermentation.
