There are lots of types of green tee in china. Different type has different effects. some of them are strong and some of them are weak. because the tee itself is strongly effected by its producing area.So it is recommended check the producing area before buy it just like we look at the producing area of red wine. Usually the best chinese green tee are from the southeast and southwest provinces, like Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui. Another hint, it is never good to drink the tee which has been made for too long, like over 5 hours. For years I drank my tea with 3 teaspoonful of sugar. When I realised I could have still put more sugar in it I knew I had to do something. I went on to sweetners but found that the tea was awful. A little later I read in a womans magazine that if you want to give up sugar it is no good going onto sweetners or to even cut down on the sugar. They said if you can go a week without sugar in your tea then you will never go back to your old ways. The only thing is that you had to stick to it knowing that for the first cups of tea you will find it really awful. I tried this for one week and towards the end I realised that I liked ... When you fly to New Zealand to see your relatives and friends and refamiliarise yourself with the place you were born you can't fly direct. No that the rospect of spending 26 hours in one cramped metal package is particularly appealing. Where we stop is almost always determined by price rather than curiosity but this has still allowed us to see quite a few slices of Asia over the years.
