For years I drank my tea with 3 teaspoonful of sugar. When I realised I could have still put more sugar in it I knew I had to do something. I went on to sweetners but found that the tea was awful.

A little later I read in a womans magazine that if you want to give up sugar it is no good going onto sweetners or to even cut down on the sugar. They said if you can go a week without sugar in your tea then you will never go back to your old ways. The only thing is that you had to stick to it knowing that for the first cups of tea you will find it really awful.

I tried this for one week and towards the end I realised that I liked tea like this with no sugar. I tried a cup with sugar but hated it. So if you want to take no sugar in your tea try this it really does work.

After I cut out the sugar I found that I was drinking a lot of tea and someone said why not try Green tea as it is really good for you besides other things.

When I went into the supermarket looking for green tea I was amazed at the variety that you could get. I tried many but I found Clipper Green China Tea the best.

Clipper Green China tea comes in a box of 25 tea bags 50g 1.76ozs. It costs between 99p and £1.09.

The chinese have known for over 3,000 years, and modern research is now proving them right that pure green tea is naturally high in antioxidents which give a wealth of health beneting properties. Green tea is known as Chun Mae and is known for being the worlds most refreshing tea.

Clipper is 100% China tea and to make it properly and get the best out of it you must use freshly boiled but not boiling water and brew for only 1 to 3 minutes. You will soon know how long to do it for your own personal taste. Wait till the bottom of the cup is visible and you know it is ready. Do not add milk or sugar.

Clipper contains only unbleached tea bags and100% green china tea. That is it. nothing else added.

Try this tea for a couple of weeks. You will find that you really taste the tea. Because you taste it you dont need cup after cup as one refreshes you. You will also find that you feel healthier all round.

Please try it. You can have all sorts of flavoured tea too. Try the lemon. On a hot day, and hope that isnt our one day of summer, you will find it really refreshing.

Thank you for reading this.
