Advantages: Anti-oxidants reputed to be 10 times stronger than vitamin C!

Disadvantages: None whatsoever, unless of course you use boiling water

People are generally becoming increasingly aware of the nutritional value of green tea. I personally have tried practically every brand of green tea bag on the supermarkets' and health shops' shelves, and Clipper are undeniably the best. (Still not as good as loose leaf Sencha, but that is for hard core green tea-ers like me!)

Clipper are also one of the few producers of green tea who actually display some knowledge and understanding of the drink; on the packet it states that hot, but not boiling water should be used, which is the most common mistake people make when trying green tea. The leaves are delicate and have not been processed in any of the ways that normal tea has (drying, fermenting etc), so both flavour and goodness will be damaged by boiling water. It's not surprising, then, that most people who try it take an instant hate to it - even I think it tastes like fish when you use boiling water!

Green tea contains very strong anti-oxidants and the combination of this along with the small amount of caffeine gives you a little lift: not as much of a kick as normal tea, but certainly an increased wakefulness that lasts a lot longer.

This drink has quite a plain flavour and isn't to everyone's liking. However, if you are going to try it, I highly recommend Clipper's.
