Advantages: A refreshing drink with numerous health benefits

Disadvantages: Some may not like the taste of green tea

Green tea is becoming increasingly famous for its numerous health benefits. Among these are the increase in metabolism, particulary fat oxidation, that green tea can stimulate, thus being great for people watching their weight, and the high antioxidant content of green tea that helps remove free radicals and keeps you looking young and healthy. After hearing of these benefits, I decided to try various brands of green tea and have found the Clipper brand to be the best. Its commitment to fair trade means the tea is only sourced from producers that are providing sufficiently high working conditions for their workers. To make the tea you just add hot (not boiling as this can distort the taste) water and then let the tea infuse for between 1-3 minutes, before removing and disposing of the tea bag. The green colour comes from the fact that the tea leaves have not been processed and are therefore more natural and retain more of the nutrients of tea leaves. The taste is quite light and refreshing, though it is an aquired taste that some may not like. To overcome this yet still obtain the benefits of green tea, Clipper's have taken out a wide range of green tea infused with other flavours such as green tea with lemon, green tea with ginseng and green tea with mint. Though, I still prefer the pure green tea flavour, there are other options should you become bored of the taste. Overall, I love this green tea brand as I find the taste is not as strong as some other brands and with their commitment to fair trade and the organic nature of this tea, you are left with a tasty drink that will leave you feeling a looking healthy and refreshed. One thing to note is that green tea does not have much caffeine which is a both positive as too much caffeine can be bad for you, but also a negative when you are tired and need a caffeinated drink to boost your energy levels.

Summary: Healthy and Delicious

I will take your word for it. The colour reminds me of cabbage water.
